2.3 The following persons are not eligible to hold a gogoph account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or affiliates of gogoph or its gaming software providers; (c) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gogoph or have been excluded by gogoph; (d) individuals declared legally incompetent or under guardianship; and (e) individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.4 gogoph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the period stipulated by gogoph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 One Account Per Individual. Each individual may hold only one (1) gogoph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual โ whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses โ is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to promptly update your account details whenever any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information โ including date of birth, name, address, or payment details โ is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogoph login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. gogoph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify gogoph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing withdrawal requests, gogoph requires all players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or equivalent). Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at gogoph's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended.
4.1 Accepted Methods. gogoph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). gogoph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is โฑ100. gogoph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gogoph accepts no liability.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. gogoph processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5โ30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the gogoph account. gogoph reserves the right to require that a minimum amount equal to the initial deposit be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed on a newly funded account. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5.
4.5 Suspicious Transactions. gogoph is required to report suspicious financial transactions to relevant Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering laws. gogoph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction pending investigation. gogoph will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies as required.
5.1 gogoph may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay โ including but not limited to server errors, disconnection, game freezes, or display errors โ gogoph's records shall be the final authority on the outcome of any game round. If a malfunction voids a game round, any bet placed in respect of that round will be refunded to the player's balance.
6.3 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before initiating any real-money game session. gogoph will not be liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity failures.
6.4 gogoph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of system error, software malfunction, or any event that has resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gogoph Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any gogoph content is transferred to you by virtue of this licence.
8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any gogoph content without our prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gogoph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages โ including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill โ arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the gogoph Platform.
9.2 gogoph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gogoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit gogoph's liability for death or personal injury caused by gogoph's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.4 The gogoph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gogoph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

11.1 gogoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gogoph reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) continued operation of the account presents a risk to gogoph, other players, or third parties; or (d) PAGCOR or another competent authority has directed gogoph to do so.
11.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, gogoph reserves the right to forfeit all real-money and bonus balances held in that account. Where closure is at gogoph's election and is not due to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting gogoph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect outstanding withdrawal requests or pending KYC verification requirements.
12.1 If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your gogoph account, you must first contact gogoph's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or gogoph's internal dispute process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
gogoph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the gogoph Platform and/or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the gogoph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using gogoph's services and close your account.
